A little Slow
Arrived fine. Nice cell phone. I sent it to Colombia. Had to pay to open the bands. I t was locked. Then it was very slow, but change to another carrier Sim card and it is working fine for now. I is not compatible with all the carriers. I didn’t call technical support in USA because the phone is in Colombia South America. I will follow up in June.

I liked my Xiaomi phones up until today. I bought 4 or 5 altogetherI erased data because there was no factory reset option. Now the phone is locked and asking for my MI password. I don’t remember having a Mi account or selecting a password. I have a new phone number so I can’t receive a password reset code.All this after realising that an Amazon merchant sold me a locked ZTE A5 phone. Now I’m out $250.00 and in this inflationary period in history.I’m staying with My 4G feature phones. What a waste to the environment and my wallet.

I bought this phone as a spare phone to tie me over while I wait for my refund, have been using Xiaomi phones for year’s & love the brand….but this phone is very disappointing, very slow to respond to most commands i.e. opening up the internet, going into apps or even trying to watch YouTube it will stop and the circle will spin…. almost like it has to try & remember what to do. The processor is very poor, not what I would have expected from Xiaomi…you will need a lot of patience with this phone!

Acheté pour mon compagnon qui passe peu de temps sur son téléphone, uniquement pour les appels et pour flâner un peu sur les réseaux parfois il en est ravis, il a pu installer toutes les applications qu’il souhaitait fb, snap, application bancaire etc ! Usage simple, design parfait et pourtant aucun problème de bug ou autre ! Je recommande pour une personne qui comme lui ne passerait pas tout son temps dessus ! La qualité photo n’est pas terrible mais pour le prix on ne peut pas tout avoir ! Ravie de mon achat
