The iPhone 13 features a 6.1-inch (155 mm) display with Super Retina XDR OLED technology at a resolution of 2532×1170 pixels and a pixel density of about 460 PPI with a refresh rate of 60 Hz and Dolby Vision HDR. Additional features include a dual-camera system, consisting of a 12MP F1.6 wide-angle and another 12MP F2.4 ultra-wide camera with True Tone flash and lens correction. Both rear cameras have larger sensors with improved light sensitivity and Dolby Vision HDR video recording, but only digital zoom and no optical zoom. The front-facing ultra-wide camera is a 12MP F2.2 one. The iPhone 13 video recording supports 4K videos at 60fps as well as 1080p video at up to 240fps. The phone came in pristine condition! I got an origenal apple charger which is great! There were no visible scratches and it looked super clean, almost brand new. sound quality is great may have a slight rattle at louder volumes but its barely noticeable. Setting up a carrier was also great! Only compliant I have is they did not clean the silence switch button you can see some grime inside but this was great phone I highly recommend!!

The cosmetics appearance of the phone was acceptable. Maybe a very small blemish which was irrelevant as I put a case on it. Wouldn’t even notice it unless you were looking closely. I took off one star as the battery life was at 87 percent. Perhaps the ratings of these devices should have battery life ranges.

Small minor scratches, barely visible. Phone arrived a day earlier than expected. Works great. Phone battery health 91 percent. I was skeptical but very happy with my purchase.

Initially, we got a phone from this vendor that was a dud (for us). We returned it and tried them a 2nd time. The 2nd phone seems a fair deal.
For the first phone (iPhone 13) we received:
The battery life on the renewed phone was fairly good – at 94% of original capacity. This had been an issue with phones from this vendor per other reviews but was not an issue with ours. However, this “renewed” phone had a non-Apple replacement screen that was noticeably low in quality – grainy, with colors dulled, and it cut off part of the display area. Touch responsiveness was bad. Given Amazon pledge that the product was “professionally inspected and tested by Amazon-qualified supplier,” I feel the substandard screen should have been spotted and the lower quality disclosed. My family member and my time were wasted by this attempt to pass off a lower quality solution. Return process was easy, although it did require a trip to the UPS store.
For the second, replacement (iPhone 13) phone:
The replacement for the returned 1st phone arrived quickly. The battery life seems great (100% of original capacity). The screen this time is MUCH better than the low quality screen on the original phone. The case has some scratches and a dent on the ring surrounding one of the camera lenses, but the lens seems unaffected. All in all, a fair price for used phone.

I purchased the phone in “good” condition to replace my damaged 2020 SE (camera was broken so I don’t have any pictures to share) and I am very happy with the result.
Key points:
Battery health = 100%!!! This was surprising.
Cosmetic damage = paint chipped off on top right edge/corner and around back camera circles, small dent from prior drop on right edge, screen and back do have small scratches but this aligns with the qualifications for a “good” condition phone. If you’re looking for less damage I would order “excellent”. My case hides the damage.
Functionality = so far everything works great and the data and SIM transfer (I purchased unlocked) were perfect.
Shipping = shipped via USPS and arrived a day earlier than expected, fully intact and in a box with bubble wrap.
Accessories = included a lightning to USB charger and outlet block, non Apple brand.
Overall would recommend to all my friends who want an iPhone but not for the price tag and purchase again myself in the future.
