I am very happy with the condition and price of this phone. It arrived in excellent condition and I have no idea why it was returned (that is a good thing). Everything works as expected and the battery last for over a day. I will buy from The Amazon Renewed Store again.

Phone arrived as promised. Great physical condition without scratches and appears to be working well. It came with an off-brand charger, which is perfectly fine given the great price. Still figuring out how it all works – charging time appears a bit longer than desired but may be linked to the adaptive charging feature of the phone.

This is one of the best purchases I’ve made. The phone arrived in mint condition. No issues whatsoever switching my SIM and connecting to the network (Verizon). The phone is, for all practical purposes, brand new. Not a scratch on it. No issues with functionality, having used it for a month and a half now. I felt like this purchase was a gamble… and it really paid off.
