Amazon Customer –
Phone is in really nice condition. However, it appears to be locked (Verizon) and won’t work with my carrier, Consumer Cellular.
Cullen –
Phone was fully unlocked, physically flawless, and as far as I know the battery is functioning as it should (about 30 percent left after first full day of use).
It’s also just a great phone! Very happy with it.
Edit: the battery life is even better than that–I think it only got that low because I was updating everything and playing around with it on day one. Routinely end the day with at least 50 percent now.

I was nervous about this phone but I loved the price. It ended up getting delivered a day earlier than expected. I could not find a single physical flaw on it. It looks good as new! I have been using it for about 24 hours so far with no issues. I will update if I run into any trouble with the way it functions.
Edit: just wanted to provide more information. I ordered the excellent condition refurbished phone. I noticed some other reviews said it wasn’t unlocked, but mine also appears to be unlocked and I am using it with T-Mobile.

Google Pixel 8 Pro (256GB), received with a slight delay due to signature-required Fed-Ex (U.S.A.) – that should really be mentioned in the listing – but after that it’s been great.
Phone is in brand new condition, no marks or signs of wear. It woke up, and ran thru set-up smoothly. Linked and copied files from my old Samsung 10e, and brought over apps, texts, data, files, etc.
Battery life has been great in this first 24 hours. I’m so used to putting my old phone on a charger every possible second, that this is a pleasant change.
It’s gone thru quite a few system updates, but that’s not unexpected.
Phone is much faster / snappier with apps and how it works.
Price jumped up $30 right before I purchased, but still much less than a new one.
Will report back with an update after a month.
Pleased and happy with the upgrade.

I put my SIM in with Mint mobile, the service is working. I want to switch carriers to Visible, though. When I put in my IMEI, it says it’s locked. I contacted Mint, they said to contact Google, because it’s a Device lock that they can’t remove. I contacted Google, they said I have to contact Amazon. Now I’m having to go through this “contact the seller” nonsense. This phone is supposed to be fully unlocked. I already turned in my other phone for a credit, so I can’t even return this one until this gets resolved. The only reason I’m not putting one star is that I was at least sent a phone, not just some cardboard cutout of one.
Also the bezel is the camera is scratched up as if someone took some sandpaper to it. No idea what that is about.
